Shipment processing time: Unless otherwise stated, orders will be processed within 5 working days currently, and usually the day after your order. If for any reason we are unable to post a ready-to-ship item within 5 days, we will let you know, and you will have the opportunity to amend your order. In the case of custom orders where production, materials and suppliers must be factored-in, the processing time will be as stated on the item or as per any individual agreement.

UK Shipping

​The following are the standard delivery options for orders delivering within the UK for small parcels. Custom delivery options will be considered for larger orders or upon request, and will be agreed in advance. This can include options for higher compensation cover.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel Service (3-5 business days): £2.95 (Free for orders over £45) - compensation cover up to £20

Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature Small Parcel Service (1 business day):  £5.25 - compensation cover up to £150

International Shipping

Currently we can only ship within the UK from this website. International sales are available as a custom order via my Three for the Sea Etsy store. 

Damages

Three for the Sea will make all reasonable efforts to pack items safely and securely and is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or contact us by email directly to discuss a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photographs would also be helpful.
